Nah, I have issues with creating designs and concepts on paper since I'm ocd about keeping everything neat and tidy and looking good. Add that to poor drawing ability and you get a black mess on the paper.

After the rough, I go over it with freehand lines. I could hold shift and click but that takes no skill at all.
Hey, I've heard of worse reasons to get a tablet, would you believe Osu?
Also I'm annoyed at how fast the nib wear is. The bamboo line of tablets have a rather rough surface. I've resorted to sharply increasing the pen sensitivity and placing a ziplock bag on my hand when I draw.
I actually thought it looked like a hand-mounted blaster (like Angelic Burster's) at first glance...
I can believe osu, but I would never do it myself. Touch-screen monitor might be fun for osu... Would totally try that out if I ever got one. >:3
I've had my bamboo tablet for several years now, and it serves me well enough. I'll get a better one within a couple of years. Also, don't worry about being sketchy. Making smooth base lines when you're a newbie at drawing is no easy thing. I'd definitely agree that a tablet will help keep things clean. My mother thought the same thing when I was young, and bought me a tablet as soon as she realised I could get somewhere with my art, and having a more flexible canvas on the area of cleanness, combined with layers can be a huge asset to helping you improve, especially if you've got OCD or are in the Autistic spectrum. It's not a ridiculous reason to buy a tablet, hon.
That asides, it looks nice so far. I'm not very good with mecha-anything.
