I have been asking questions with ë‹¤ì¹´ë¯¸í† from the KR server about magic crit. She gave me alot of info and sources.
I'm sorry if im bringing anymore discussion in this thread again but I though it would be useful for everyone (it was for me as a main mage)
I asked her how critical % from magic weapons worked on magic crit and she was kindly enough to find me enough proof to prove what she said. I don't know KR though but from what I've read with google translate it seems to be accurate.
Critical and balance % on the staff/wand itself have nothing to do with the magic skills. Those are put into calculation when you do 'physical' attacks. Keep in mind that the enchants on the staff/wand do affect the magic skills.

So for those making Hermit Staves or Savage Wands can just ignore the critical % on them since it has no effect for your magic (unless you plan on doing melee with them)
I don't have any access to the wiki modifications or else I would put that on it. If anyone does/know anyone that can, it would be of great help.
