  Used a couple programs and did some editing :d
  
  I used rocket dock for the dock on the left side of the screen
  
  Everything on the right side is from rain meter and some user made skins
  had 2 edit some of the skins (change font, size, etc) to fit the overall theme of the desktop
  also set the task bar on auto hide
