  Apex launcher. Gotta use launcher apps to be pretty and shit :<<.
  
  Apex launcher takes out the notif bar and the dock, then lets you get skins for the icons. The clock / weather/ dates are all UCCW widgets. The messanging and google widgets are stock widgets that come with the phone.
  
  For the lockscreen, you'll need WidgetLocker app to allow customization. Everything else on lockscreen is UCCW too.

  I like having the taskbar on the side - more vertical space, continuous color around the top corner, and it's seems easier to get to things for me.
  
  Also invisible shortcut/folder icons for less wallpaper interruption.
