Honesty What is your view on Nexon North America as a company

  Honestly what do you feel is good or bad or neutral about nexon north America as a company that controls these online games we play and give a score on a scale of 1 to 10
  
  Overall As a company i have to give them a 5/10 acceptable but badly needing improvement
  
  Games- The games themselfs are pretty good games being developed by third parties. The quality is very good aleast before you count management.
  
  Bugs/hackers exploits etc- This varies by game but most times its not done well or just rolled back or nothing is done at all, which is means nexon is lazy,not willing or donest know how to handle this type of occurrence. In this area its one of their worst aspects
  
  Customer service and game management -I have to to plain out blunt with this subject. It is just plain sad and is horrible. They either have no customer service team, or it is competely lazy or overworked
  Their ticket system is a bot based system where it might take days or months to get an automated reply. Unless you ticket deals with an exploit or bugs say hello to Mr customer service bot. As said above they dont listen even bat an eye at exp
  
  Nexon may do the job but they do it half @ssed is my view

  When there's a bug/ exploit, they usually fix it...depending on what it is. I'll probably give them a point for that.
  
  All the rollbacks they do to fix situations(meo exploit in Maple, duped items, etc.), autoban system messed up, glitches after every patch, etc. are just plain annoying. They're pretty lazy IMO and don't really care about their players/ "customers"...just money. Customer service is pretty much non-existent. The prices on teh in-game items are also a bit high. Why don't they stick to the ones in the Kr versions of the games? Nexon NA isn't the worst out there, but they're not that great either..

  There are sooooo many ones that are worse. I don't really think nexon is that bad o.o (annoying sometimes yes, but not bad)

  They are severely understaffed, and a bit lazy :< They need to hire more GM's and bug fixers.
  
  Customer Service people too, I think they're like 2-4 people on CS.

  The games are nice and all but The prices are crap and they don't fix many glitches. Lot's of glitches after every patch. Also for killing off Kart Rider -.-

  Yes, they could do better, but every company could. They aren't the worst company out there, and mess ups here and there are inevitable.

  I'd say they're one of the better free to play MMO providers, but they still suck. The only REAL good thing about them is the games they host. They practically host most of the better F2P MMOs on the internet.
