Time to drop some weights...

  Anyway, summer vacation is over, work is gonna be flowing in for the next few months, and I will barely have time to actually do anything as a result.
  Not to mention I've been under a lot of stress from it lately as well, and I ended up taking it out in the wrong place (some of it happened here).
  I need to give more attention to someone else, too...
  
  That little fight with Compass was completely unnecessary too, it probably wouldn't have happened if I had prepared to leave a bit earlier.
  (Sorry Comp, didn't mean to throw the stress at you, no harm intended there~)
  
  So I will be stepping down from this moderator stuff and get back to doing things normally.
  Heh, it has quieted down a lot and they won't need me anymore anyway, right?

  Maybe, but not as often, didn't have much constructive to add anyway.

  I'm curious to know, what in your opinion is good moderation? To clarify, I'm not questioning Snowie's merit, since I am not even really active enough to know what they've done as a mod.

  Good activity (mostly in dealing with reports) and a proper understanding of the rules with consistent judgement. One of the reasons why I had to reject a number of good applicants is because they had made reports on non-problematic posts before. This isn't to say you should refrain from reporting what you believe is misbehavior, but if you're consistently making dismiss-able reports, it shows me that you won't be in line with whats written in the rules or our use of the infraction system.
  
  Being a member of the staff means you might clash with other members, and can end up being disliked by some individuals. It happens often. I believe Snowie had her first run-in with that and just needs to adjust to it. Being busier isn't much of an issue, since most other staff here are quite busy with their lives as well.
  
  I'd like to ask Snowie to stay as a staff for a bit longer. She's done an excellent job in her short time as moderator, and I would even be inclined to say she overworked herself a bit if I look at the report logs.
