I was challenged to see if I can compose an ensemble MML purely on the voice system of Mabinogi.
It took a while but here's the final product:

The song uses 100% voices, there is no instruments in it whatsoever, what is everyone's opinion on it?
Also the song is called Solace, it's from a japanese indie game I played a while back, but I figured it'll be the best song to use for the challenge.
This song took 7 players to sing!

I think it's...so-so. What you've done considering what I know of the Diva voice is commendable, and it is likely that this is the result of your true skill could not be properly expressed given the tools at hand, but still it sounds mediocre at best. It feels like the voices are being pigeonholed to sound like a xylophone rather being true expressions of human emotion and spirit. Even if the voice does not directly speak any language, I still find it powerful hearing the emotions and feelings behind a voice (I don't understand half the lyrics on my iPod, but my music still moves me), and that quality is understandably but regrettably lacking here.

Sounds like fun!
The KR Team has been doing extensive research on how to properly write Diva songs.
I want to ask you all a question...
Can you sing along to this? =)

Having listened to that I have to wonder if one could do the
xenosaga OP with the singing system.
