Good DMG Enchants on Shield

  Are there any that are easy to obtain and Rank F-A.
  
  I just need +max or defense.

  There's the Plaster, Quartz, Corundum series of enchants that add decent damage. Fox is a viable substitute. As for suffixes, you're at a loss. My giant has Tragic on her shield, however. She spends her time drunk to death on potions though.
  
  As for added defense, Rigid is popular, and it adds Strength too. There are no easy obtained defense suffixes for shields though, I have Composed though but that's elf-only because of the Mirage Missile requirement.

  Prefix, Rank A Singular enchant. +5 max damage for Campfire rank D or above. OR Rank C Peculiar which is +4 max damage for Campfire rank E or above. Only problem is the -15 int. Both are from Iria exploration chests and Karu Glowing statute end chest (burn form, round shield).
  
  Rank A Rigid if you can feed the monkeys. 4-8 str, and 3 def if charge is rank B or above.
  
  These are shield-only enchants, so you might want to look into the overall enchants (like fox) if you don't like these.
  
  Suffix, the only one feasible is Rank C Wild Boar. (Alchemy Mastery has to be rank C or above, for max 1-3 damage) I don't see any lettered suffix adding defence/protection.

  ★救出侦查兵中级以上最后宝箱(伐木用斧) End chest of saving the investigating army, above intermediate level mission. You get this as a gathering axe burn.
  ★冲突!预想不到的交战高级最后宝箱(伐木用斧) G10 2nd last mission, end chest, above advanced level mission. You get this as a gathering axe burn.

  Try "Unusual" prefix, rA. Easy to get from exploring Rano. Nets you +5 max dmg with Campfire is rD+, at the cost of -15 Int.
  
  For +dmg suffix, probably "Wild Boar." If it's just melee dmg, "Rigid" might do if you can make up for -10 Dex and -5% Balance. That is, if you can get +8 Str roll from it. Otherwise, "Giant" enchant will work too.
