[Planned Streaming] Master Chef Showcase and Q&A October 4th 9:00pm EST

  Seeing that I'm going to be going away next weekend for a AWA Weekend and everyone will be hyped this week for "Enlightenment" I have decided that I will be holding another Master Chef Stream on October 4th at 9:00pm EST and will run for 2 hours so:
  
  October 4th 6:00pm PST - 8:00pm PST
  October 4th 9:00pm EST - 11:00pm EST
  
  During the Stream I will be doing the following things:
  
  1) Demonstrating Festival Food and how it works
  

  
  
  • Test with combining 2,3,4,5 (maybe more pending on what rank I get by then) dishes together to show their different size
    
  • Test with Spices (Seasoning) and see if they can stack or not
    
  • Test with stackable foods and see if they can stack or not
    

  
  2) Talking about Find Material and running Barri to demonstrate it's ability
  3) Discuss Food Mastery and it's effects
  4) Go over the new dishes that were added as well as the new ingredients
  5) Answer the following questions:
  

  
  
  • Do the foods in the 2x2 food festival thingy count towards food journal?
    
  • Does Festival Food stack with Campfire Sharing?
    

  
  6) Open it up to general Q&A if there's time left.
  
  If you guys have any other Master Chef Questions you would like answered post them here and I will address them during the Stream.

  Depends on what you mean by obnoxious. Find Material is actually pretty easy to train and has a lot of benefits. I also haven't had any problem training Festival Food or Food Mastery.

  Not the mention how over powered you can make yourself with Festival food! Just imagine 10x decent/great stat + foods! <3 My mage will be so happy to receive a well made Festival food box from my giant through means of pet trade. :p Go go int and MP buffs!

  Question that is somewhat on topic: How often do Koreans use Food Buffs? I suppose that's an indicator of how good they are speedwise.

  Well with festival food you can just place it down click it and go. I see a ton of koreans cooking and putting down festival food in dunbaraton if that's any strong indicator.

  I know a decent chunk of the "hardcore" group gets the stats from food per rb. I suppose that can be an indication.

  Well, you can just buy 10 NPC foods and be like. K. and still get a decent buff.

  So I'd imagine an increase of generally 100+ damage since most meals have an increase in stats by 20-30 or so?

  Of course it is. Why would it be permament. Just make a ton of food in advance. Also Food Mastery makes the food effects last longer. Placing down festival food is instant and as Aubog pointed out can be done with simple NPC food for an immediate buff.

  Permanent as in until you rebirth. What i'm trying to work out is whether Koreans think that the time spent by sitting down and eating ends up saving you more time by increased damage, because at the moment that's not the case.

  I don't know myself, but seeing as you can stack 10 food items together without gaining any weight for a very large amount of time...just about anyone, KR or NA, could roflstomp just about everything.
  
  Just picture what your puppets would be hitting with 10x of the best str/dex food~
  
  Say like Onion rings. 10 5star ones would be: (if the wiki is right) Sure they're somewhat far down the list but still. lol

  That's like what? 36-51 to your puppet? And then you have all that will for your fighter and that hp too :p and the def increase from the str too.
