Problems installing the Mabi

  Ok so I downloaded MabinogiSetup164R.exe no problem last night.
  
  But when I clicked it, the small window came up with the install process, right?

  No problem, I just waited for it to hit 100% (extracting install file), which then opens up, asking me for the admin's permission.

  I just proceed as usual since I run as the owner/admin on my computer right now anyway.
  
  But I got this error window saying I can't open downloaded zip file (shown in screenshot below) even though I tried running it as admin in different ways (unchecking the box, etc)

  Which ends up that I can't install Mabinogi... what should I do so I can be able to install Mabinogi and play?

  Temporarily log onto your Administrator account and try running the installer that way. It should stop the "Run As" prompt when you get to the end of the installer.
