Since my idea for a tribunal system was met with some opposition, we'll remedy the immediate situation for the time being by adding some extra manpower to the staff.
I already have some of your applications from the previous recruitment, but I strongly suggest you send another one to impress me and show your activity/interest.
Remember, being a moderator means the following:
1. Knowing and understanding the Forum Rules, Infraction System, and Spam Policies.
2. Being a janitor. Regardless of reports, your job is to clean up, move, merge, lock, or delete posts and threads whenever necessary.
3. Being active in staff discussions. We have both the discussions board and skype group for this!
4. Handling user reports. If you check nation and see a report that has not been tagged [RESOLVED] or [DISMISSED], it is your job to immediately handle those reports! Do not leave a single one alive!!
Applications are freestyle. Write whatever you want in a PM to me, whether it be a formal resume or poem. It doesn't really matter to me.
