How much time does it take to be able to get paladin trans and DK trans?

Depends on where you are in terms of level, and how willing you are to grind for levels. You can also only choose one transformation, either paladin or dark knight.

On a side note depending on how much you have grasped the game The Emperor might give you a bit of trouble, it managed to wipe the floor with me two times but then again I main an Evie.

It can take a couple of days to a week to get to level 40, which is the requirement level to get the Trans quest. The quest itself doesn't take more than an hour or two.
