Severe Latency Issues?

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. Has anyone else has suffered from latency issues following the last patch? I'm pretty sure that the issue is either the server itself or that the client has a new memory leak.

Does anyone have any information on this issue?

For the memory usage of the client, that has been going on for quite some time now. Usually once I enter the 1.5 GB range, my client tends to be more prone to texture glitching and crashing. This doesn't seem to affect my latency tho.

For the latency issue, it may be a problem between your ISP and Nexon mabi servers. I noticed that when I have severe increase in latency, other people using the same ISP in other areas also were having the same issues.

Since that last update I've had residual skill and weapon switch lag. around .5, .8 second lag, idk whats wrong. Its not my computer because I lowered my MTU, de-nagled, restarted, turned every background program off and re-downloaded, updated, installed mabi. Still lagging.
