When that keyboard shows up, enter a password and THAT WILL BE YOUR 2nd PASS. The reason you get an error upon trying to reset is because you didn't have a 2nd pass to reset in the first place.

It's telling me to input my 2nd pass. And when I enter anything it tells me my 2nd pass is wrong.
