Didn't Mythbusters already test this? Wasn't it pretty much as soon as it touched the floor it had germs and stuff on it?

i ignore my non-belief in the 5 second rule at home if the food rare/delicious or the last one i get/unobtainable easily and if thinking about throw it away after dropping it on the ground gives regret because there are many cases where i can wash the dust off of the food in the faucet or try to wipe it away. gastric acid and bile usually kills most bacterias in healthy individuals.

Snow is cold, and picking stuff up from it involves touching it.
So no.
That and it's percipitation so who knows what's in it.
Dust particles and water vapor. MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA....Sorry....)=

5 second rule is a lie, but sometimes I get lazy and just eat it off the floor if the food just fell on my house's floor.

Nope, I don't believe in 5 second rule. Germs get on the food the instant they touch the food. Rather, they often stick to the food.
The only time I pick up food is before it hits the surface... except that isn't really dropping it. I guess that doesn't really count as picking it up either.

The 5 second rule isn't true ._.
And I don't eat off my house floor because it's mostly carpet.

I remember seeing an experiment on MythBusters, I think. 5 second rule doesn't work.
:P Therefore, I don't believe in it.

Pretty much the same as Hisao. Except I won't pick up food that's in my friend's house either. Just my house. That's been dropped in my rooms.

My food tends to drop back onto my plate.
But really, no, I don't like to eat things that I drop onto the floor, you never know what's on it then..

Well, I trust in my immune system so sometimes I do, situational heh xD

Once it touches, no matter how long all the germs and such get on it. So no. The 5 second rule is silly

do I believe it?
used to
but yeah depends on situations, I'll eat it if there's no visual change in it, also the gastric acid stuff
imagine what our ancestors had to go through, and look at us we're still here xD

No, I just leave it on the ground. I find it very germy to even touch it . Only exception is tables at my house
