  I think they started the translation a little after episode three aired, it was picked up real fast for a show with a fairly small fanbase.

  I felt that way after the first couple ep. I kept saying that it had no plot and wasn't going anywhere, but i decided to keep going and it started to not dissapoint

  The other 12 regions (other than Japan) are all listed on that suggestion submit form.

  This will be a great place to start out with.
  
  However, note that the author said only 2-3 classes to be localised.
  I think that Samurai and Kannagi are the obvious ones to be localised.
  The third could be either Monk or Swashbuckler.
  (All the other classes are standards in MMORPGs so I don't think they should be taken out.)

  some of these class would be hard to localize.. if you look at the patern they are doing, there must be 3 in each group.. basically replacing one class has to be replaced with another class of a similar category. Replacing Kanagi would only work with another Healer based class. Replacing samourai wouldnt be too hard as there can be multiple ways to envision "tanks" class. Still, I honestly have an hard time creating an Healer class for a different country.

  You're right. Samurai is easy to replace.
  One idea that others have come out with is the Eagle warrior.
  
  Actually, the Kannagi is more about creating magical shields to protect against damage more than healing. It's not too hard to imagine "shield-caster" or "barrier-caster" classes everywhere other than Japan. The naming part will be hard though. The default proposal will be "Medium", but I honestly don't really like this name.

  I saw "Shaman" as well.
  The class is there, so I guess what's left to do is to submit ideas for the localised attacks.

  well they did say the class localization is mostly just a change in appearance and names of skills. the skilsl themselves remain the same and the equipment limitation dont change much.

  For the people who read that wrong, like myself, the following: If you look at the survey, it asks you to choose a class and localize it for whichever server you select. So, you could choose Samurai and NA, and then create a localized version of that class.
  
  I can already feel the cross continental envy over others localized class designs.
