Enthralling Performance Problems

I may be whistling in the wind, but i was having a very difficulty in luring a strong level monster for the requirement. Until just recently I was attempting on lions because they are listed as strong. BTW, just as comparison Black Grizzly Bears were at the same level as me. I tried and tried but could not lure a lion. Attempts were also made in shadow missions like Shadow Cast City. So is Enthralling performance glitched, am I trying on too hard a monster, or is it simply a matter of patience where I need to keep at it?

Every rank of Enthralling Performance has a CP limit, if you try to Enthrall monsters over that CP limit, it won't work, no matter what.

You need to be at least rank 6 to Enthrall a Lion, I believe.

Obtain an enthralling performance exp reforge using NPC reforges or fine reforges (depending on your budget) - it'l significantly reduce or even flat out eliminate the CP requirement.

Mastering skills lost it's appeal after the 20th one. It's really only worth it if the title is actually useful.
