Moon Gates and Mana Tunnels barely make sense in the lore. Moon Gates giant pieces of Lawdeca that fell when Jabchiel used some spell and was later defeated by Mores. The druids are the ones that discovered they could be used as teleportation devices but every thing was glossed over. Mana Tunnels make even less sense (giant pieces of the sun falling?).
Basically with all the advancements in magic since then along with the rediscovery of alchemy and what not, they could just say the druids were able to establish them to work 24/7. It's not a big deal.
