  I don't know if he meant equally, but at least a chance to obtain better items instead of only cobwebs or whatever lesser items will probably be put into the lower chests

  Hm. I lag pretty bad at times but, I will still enjoy this even if I can never get a reward chest. It seems fun and I am just gonna enjoy doing the event as I would enjoy playing a videogame, instead of being too focused on the rewards. xD

  Well, if the higher chests had a 10% chance the lower could have something like 0.01% chance.
  I did not mean equally.
  Given the way recent event works, lower types of chests are like 0% for good items. Not great at all.

  It's not too rare, everyone is bound to get one, but it's the roll.
  
  Kind of like when you roll for artisan.
  
  15 max damage is the max roll, and it's desirable. Though 5~8 damage seem to be common enough.
  
  It'll be like title coupons where people pay heavily for Dark Ruairi and some are just happy with the fomor token title.
