My charger is basically new since I bought it before I moved and haven't charged my laptop since i moved in July (no Internet)
I tried talking out the battery to see if that was the problem, nope

Many (all?) laptops can run from the charger alone, without a battery installed. If yours can do this, then it's likely that the battery is defective.

You can buy a universal laptop charger for less than $50, such as the
Cooler Master NA 65. I use this and it works pretty well. You can try to go to a shop that repairs PCs and see if that's the problem.

This happened to my laptop over the summer. It is a pain to self fix I heard due to completely taking the laptop apart.

mhm, they also charge nearly 200 bucks to fix it at most places. Better to get a new laptop. the parts a cheap at least though like a couple bucks for a pin but they're a pain to find.
