Hello everyone
I need help/suggestions on how I can into Mabi again. I have somewhat two issues regarding starting the game.
After the un/rescheduled maint on Oct. 16, I haven't been able to log into mabi. I have been trying to solve this problem by myself, checking other threads if other people have the same issue with me, and after a day trying to fix this by myself, I decided to ask for help.
Things that I did:
Reinstall Mabi (4-5) times.
Run the game as the admin.
Turned off the firewall.
Replaced the HShield folder(more details at issue two)
Things you should know:
When I reinstall mabi I get the error "Cannot get the downloaded zip file", so I use 7-zip to extract all the mabi files.
Like this situation:

Anyway, I ran into this problem, too, when trying to reinstall after having patching problems. (I also had this problem installing Mabi on my sister's computer, where only traces of the program were leftover.) After a bit of searching, I came across sort of an unusual solution. I'm not sure if it's the best one, but it appears to be either the easiest or the fastest.
If you haven't since your last attempt to install Mabi, or since your last attempt to use the downloader, I recommend restarting your computer, or at least logging out and back in.
If you haven't already, or you've deleted the setup program, download the Mabinogi setup program using whatever method works for you. If you already have the latest setup program, don't bother re-downloading it; it doesn't appear to make any difference.
If you don't have it already, download and install 7-zip. There might be other programs that can do this, but 7-zip is the one I tried that works - WinRar doesn't work.
Using the 7-zip file manager (7zFM.exe), open the Mabi setup application. (Personally, I like to drag the setup file onto the file manager.) 7-zip will show you the files for Mabinogi that are stored inside the setup file.
Extract the files to the folder of your choice.
Run Mabinogi.exe - the patcher/launcher will open.
I would also like to note that while I was getting this post ready, the next version has been put on the main site.
I would recommend using one of those to save yourself some patching time. However, version 145 seems to be prone to the same problems as version 133, so you'll probably still need the 7-zip trick. In general, I'd recommend having the latest setup file if possible. (Nexon doesn't appear to always get the installer/downloader ready right away, but generally should within a day or two.)
Anyway, I hope this comes in handy.
Anyway to my two issues.
First Issue: After I extracted all the files and clicked game start the hackshield would not go through. I've waited for a few minutes and ended up with the hackshield error "0x30000090"
Things that I did to try to resolve error "0x30000090":
1) Tried to manually update hackshield, but it also halts at seven green bars.
2) Tried to this:

Usually this can happen if your connection or PC is unstable.
Solutions
Reboot PC
It may simply be a temporary routing error or conflict. Reboot your PC and try again.
Winsock Reset / Flush DNS
Try a Winsock reset and flush your DNS cache.
For Windows XP:
Press "Windows Key"+R
Type "cmd.exe" in the box and click "OK"
Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press "Enter" on your keyboard
Then type "netsh winsock reset" and press "Enter" on your keyboard
Reboot your PC.
For Windows Vista / 7:
In the start menu search bar, type "cmd"
Right Click "cmd.exe" and select "Run as administrator"
Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press "Enter" on your keyboard
Then type "netsh winsock reset" and press "Enter" on your keyboard
Reboot your PC.
Restart Router / Modem
Try shutting of your internet modem / router for 5 minutes to flush the cache.
This did not really helped.
My second issue: Replacing the HShield folder causes me the error "0xe401000e"
I have an old Hackshield folder that does not halt and get the full green bars and lets me in until the login menu. In this folder I clicked autoup and also manually update HShield. So I figured I can use this working folder and replace it with the halting HSheild folder.
As I have said It lets me through until the login menu. After I type in my User/Email and Password I get the error 0xe401000e.
I would really apprecially any kind of help from you guys and sry for the long post.
