  Oh Chinchou, you so mean... if only one of two things would happen:
  
  -I breed a Timid Chinchou with 5 of my IVs
  or
  -I breed a Chinchou with all 6 of my desired IVs
  
  then the pain would nearly be over. But alas, it continues. My punishment for not using the Everstone when I had the chance.

  I'm not sure what other three Pokemon to get, very likely something with Rapid Spin though. Critique on what I have so far and possible Pokemon to look into getting?

  
  
  Klefki could be used for a lot more. And because it is really bulky and has good typing, you don't need a focus sash. Most openers cannot one shot it, and you can get off whatever you need to from prankster anyways.
  
  A really popular set right now is to give it a light clay and have it be a screener. Even if you don't do this, Imprison and Foul Play have poor synergy on your moveset so I would recommend only keeping one or the other. Toxic is slightly questionable too. Feels like a waste of slot for the powerful prankster ability.
  
  For Gardevoir, switch out Moon Blast for Hyper Voice. It is a hundred times better. You won't need Shadow Ball, just keep Psychic or Psyshock for damage against Poison and Ghost types.
  
  Garchomp's added weakness to fairy means Yache berry is no longer a safety net. He'll still die in one hit from anything dragon/ice/fairy. Choice Scarf was only a real option when Outrage was still good. Sub Dance Salace is still an okay set, but there are a lot of sound attack users and infiltrators in the current gen as well. tl;dr Garchomp should just go life orb or choice band.
  
  No one on your team so far is weak to stealth rocks, so rapid spin isn't completely necessary. Also remember that defog is now an option for clearing entry hazards, which opens up a lot more choices.

  I don't understand the Destiny Knot. I have two Pokemon with 5 IVs, with one of them having HP and the other lacking it, while the other has defense and the other lacking it. Yet somehow I end up with babies that only have 3 and 4 IVs sometimes. Shouldn't I be getting 5 IV babies more often? And a couple of times the IVs are worse than both of the parents in a certain stat.

  Dual Screen Klefki is an option I thought about. I don't particularly like Imprison, most times it ends up being useless since not everyone has a spike user. Think I will switch Toxic and Imprison out for Screens.
  
  Any thoughts on Pokemon to add to the team? I was thinking Trevenant, Tentacruel, and Scizor.

  Ashikoki just explained it. Since I'm at that stage with my Chinchous, I'll give an example.
  
  Chinchou 1: 31/0/31/x/31/31
  Chinchou 2: 31/x/31/31/31/31
  
  I'm trying to produce a 31/0/31/31/31/31 Chinchou, but it's entirely possible that two of the stats that get locked in are the SpA from the first and the Attack from the second. It will then lock in three of the remaining desired stats--let's say HP, Defense, and SpD--and leave the last one (in this case Speed) up to chance. This means it's entirely possible for the Speed to roll anything, including 0, since the Knot can't give it a free pass.
  
  In order for me to get all 6 IVs, I have to hope that the attack from the first and the SpA from the second are locked in, and that the random stat rolls out to 31 (or, alternatively, if Attack is the odd stat out, that it rolls a 0). The other three stats are a given regardless.

  That is the random IV that the Destiny Knot didn't pass down then. Every egg will always have one IV that is randomly generated.

  PokeBank is right around the corner (one week from now). If your Gardevoir isn't done yet, then chances are you'll access PokeBank before she is finished. Until then, Moon Blast is your best option, I suppose.
  
  Psychic IS indeed better than Shadow Ball. Gardevoir's weaknesses are Poison, Ghost, and Steel. Focus Blast covers steel, but only Psychic could cover both Poison and Ghost, whereas Shadow Ball would not cover Poison. For neutral damage, Psychic will do a lot more damage as well thanks to STAB.
  
  You'll have a hard time taking out special walls, so psyshock could be a better option overall. Overall better coverage.

  Scizor should just run superpower. Also, Azumarill and/or Talonflame is the new Scizor. Though if you're Talonflame, you'll definitely want a spinner. Stealth rocks take out half his hp on switch.
  
  Trevenant runs better with Lum Berry, Harvest, and Rest. It accomplishes what natural cure and leftovers does in a shorter number of turns.
  
  No comment on Tentacruel. It's a decent setup.

  Harvest will regenerate lost berries at the end of every turn at a 50% rate. So every other turn, on average. It is a very strong setup. You could rest, recover all your health, eat a berry to wake up, and then regenerate the berry all on the same turn, possibly. It can also counter status effects, since both the berry and rest can deal with it.
  
  If you are using sunny day, it will regenerate every turn. This is risky though, because Trevanent is weak to fire.

  Removing move tutor and gems really messed a lot of builds up. What a sneaky clever plan to force people to buy BW/B2W2.

  I've heard things about the other gems and items being potentially released from dlc after pokebank comes out for that exact reason, free dlc or not i'm not sure, hopefully so though.

  Nintendo has said they will never do DLC that costs money. This doesn't rule out free DLC.
