But yeah there are a lot of problems with this. Its much easier compared to the original. The enemies dropped power way too fast, so you got stronger faster than you should've. Yuka was killing everything faster than you should've been able to, preventing a lot of bullets from spawning.

Also, bombs should be ineffective against Alice, but it was working. And she was dropping lives. She doesn't do that. You get lives through points.

Alice in Wonderland and Grimoire of Alice made Mystic Square's Extra Stage that much better.

I don't know if the author will ever release the game, so maybe such technicalities weren't necessary/important. Alas, it's just a re-done version. Although I agree with you, I was still excited to see a re-done version/take of Touhou 5.

I can't beat Touhou 13. I just can't, it's too difficult for me to beat on Normal.
I find HARD mode to be easier than Normal ironically, due to the increased amount of divine spirits :fail3:

Yeah ... I also have never beaten Mokou and everyone calls her like the easiest EXTRA stage boss.
Touhou 7's extra stages were really easy for me ... Touhou 11 Extra was a perfect balance of difficultly.

Anyways! This is what I found to be the best remix of Touhou 13's Stage 6 theme (A Starry Sky of Small Desires).

I like it a lot :)

Anyways, Mokou is easiest only because the game has a spell practice mode. Otherwise, she's just as difficult as any other boss. To beat her, just do spell practice on every one of her spells until you can absolutely nail it. Theres no pressure since it didn't take 5 minutes just to get to the spell. Just try it over and over and over every 15 seconds until you got it, then move on to the next spell.

I dunno about that... I didn't use spell practice to beat mokou spells and through just running extra times and times again, I could beat her. I find her easier than other extra boss.

Ironically Flandre is the extra boss I've come closest to beating, and Mokou is second.
So why did ZUN not bring back practice mode? Made it too easy? Too long to code?

I got way too anxious and misinput several times. Lots of bubbles when I wanted fireballs, panic reversals, etc.
