Why would a Jiang Shi have anything to do with Chinese Lunar New Years?. . .
They're both Chinese..?

Groundhog's Day is an American holiday and the statue of liberty is also in America. That being said, for this year's Groundhog's Day Event, lets all be given statues of liberties. Do you understand how racist this sounds? You're saying NA should get a Chinese life-sucking zombie's outfit on a holiday to celebrate the new year.
You asked a question and I gave an answer. You're obviously offended by the matter, so eat a snickers and calm down. I had no "racist" intents by my answer, and I'm sorry that you've taken it to be such.
We probably won't get the outfit this year. Maybe next year.
Awe don't say that QQ.... I really want this dress, it is too adorable.
But It's too late for Halloween! It's already Nov 4. ;_;
JIC you had no idea, Chinese people don't like bad luck messing around with their New Years, just sayin'.
It's like, the most "Luckiest" period of their entire year, in fact. Everyone's wearing red and everything, ya know.
Especially the traditional ones, they don't like little shits like this to mess with the New Year.
i.e. Reading books during the New Year is considered as a "Bad Luck" omen because the pronunciation for books, which is "Shu" and the word to describe lose/ loss, "Shu" is exactly the same.
In fact, they feel that any shit that happens during the New Year is going to last for the entire year, so yeah. Imagine having some dickwad releasing a Jiang Shi, which is a creature of ominous luck because of the fact that they are:
1. Creatures of the dead
2. Usually the ones who have extremely high chance of attacking and killing off their own family
3. Acts of vengeance sought out by someone who wants to fuck around with your family
And also, as stated in point 3, it pretty much means that there will be a faggot running around ruining life for your entire family for the entire year.
So yes. Maybe Americans don't give half the shit any Chinese would. But hey, Asians are pretty sensitive about shit like "Luck" and "Family values", mind you.
