i guess u can try cc and talking to that set of explorers in an attempt to get rid of the item.
but not being able to destroy the item is definitely a problem .-.

Doing the Quest again, and finding the explorer successfully will take both boxes from you.

Well that's annoying. I spent 2 hours the other day flying around muyu talking to every explorer on horseback and couldn't find the one zzzz. Guess I'll try again *grumbles* Doesn't help that they keep moving around. Either way poor design, and Nexon should fix it.

Wow how annoying. I understand it's good that it's a different explorer NPC every day so that it is not too easy, but not when you have to spend way too much time finding the one you need to bring it to because they are too hard to find. X_x I sure as Hell am not gonna get this quest.

Well, now that I figured out I can get Oblivion ES from the shop, I'm collecting seals like a madman. Problem? The fact that some quests are glitched.
For example, the daily quest that you get from Angelina... she gives you a box and quest says that you have to find an explorer in need and give that box. That explorer is nowhere to be found and the box that gives me cannot be dropped, given, nor destroyed. Basically, it's stuck in my inv :gloom3:
If you've figured out any bugs like mine, post it here, so some of us don't repeat it.
Wait. I just caught that first line.
Why the fuck are you buying Oblivion for 400 seals when it's easy to hunt and at best costs 1.5m from other players?
Seems like a massive waste of time and effort.

LOL
So, what's the non-issue? It wasn't exactly made clear in the thread. I hope it's not the box not being destroyable, because that needs to be fixed.

This quest takes far too much time to complete and imo isn't worth doing anyway. Having to try to click these ever-moving horsemen to randomly get the right one that won't talk about cooking near the ruins or Dr. Lambert. But yeah I had no issues with the quest personally. I'd do it if I wasn't searching for a random horsemen.

Plot Twist, it's not necessarily a person on horseman as I found out the other day. Sometimes someone walking on foot will complete the quest >.>

Probably wants to save money for something and has nothing else to spend seals on.

If you're talking about the one at the oasis. He has a horse... He just fell off...

Exactly what makes Oblivion so special? 10 extra damage doesn't seem to do a lot for me.
Anyway, there was an explorer at Sun Mark and she took it from me.

Oblivion can also be enchanted on pretty much anything.

That's because your whole gear's enchantless (which you should take the time and effort to buff). Obviously one oblivion enchant won't make a huge difference. But when all enchants are combined together... that's a different story. You're obviously not gonna be OH GOD SO OP with just an oblivion dexterity hat.
Granted, there are good to decent replacements, but no prefix other than nostalgic have the flexibility and the damage oblivion gives... not to mention nostalgic's also roll dependent.
Back to the main topic: For those of you who did comeplete the quest, if you do so in the future, would you be able to screenshot it so we can see what NPC is supposed to say, or if there's any special tag next to the NPC?

He says something long the lines of thank you. I don't think the sentence is anymore than four words long if at all. NPC text isn't elaborate for the NPCs that start the new quests or end the new quests.
