Rather bored, need something to play. Don't recommend any trash hosted by Nexon.

I had a bit of fun with Lord of the Rings Online a while back. It's all free, though you can buy VIP service if you really want which can give a few perks, and completing achievements in the game earns you their cash-shop money so you can slowly deck yourself out in cool stuff simply by being good at the game. Also really good if you're into LOTRO lore.

Elseword Onliner
Is that the one based off that stupid anime where they get stuck in a game (that isn't .hack)?

No, Elsword is the "sequel" to Grand Chase, an older game by the same developer.

elsword online was designed to be a sort of sequel game to "grand chase"
A synopsis of the story can be found on wikipedia or something.
If you are referring to swordart online, they have no relation.

How isn't it an MMO?
Also Warframe

Waste your life on DotA2 like me :)
Otherwise, the only MMORPGs I have installed are Tera and GW2
I'm still trying to find an MMO that can replace Lunia or Infinity Online for my PvP fix though (both dead)...

[S]Anything not made in america[/S]
Kidding.
Sd gundam capsule fighter online is a fun game to hop on every once in a while
Warframe is okay but not really a game with legss so doesn't last long
GW2 Good as the themepark genre is ever going to get imo until next year
[S]Mabinogi[/S]
Mobile suit gundam online 100 vs 100 and decent soundtrack and nice visuals if you can make an account it's worth it
phantasy star 2 is kind of fun yet very repetive and seeing dungeon drops are as bad as mabi but fun to play on skype with friends.
League okay and so is dota. League has more maps and has a bit more variety. You will tend to memorize in dota 2.
though dota 2 has better atmosphere and map design. League is definately the game you can just hop in and enjoy yourself without a worry.
Mechwarrior is great and nicely optimized but kinda lacking in player tutorial (haven't played in a while idk)
Microvolts is fun though repetitive but looks extremely pretty even on low end computers and great to play with friends
Free to play games selection in america are kind of lacking in any diversity imo.. All you will find are themeparks with different skins or lobby based action games that are bland and offer nothing spectacular in innovation. There are no real selection of sandboxes besides mabi and seems like lobby based action games suffer the same problems. Different themes and different names but it's really just the same damn game. Only a couple seem to do it differently but alot of the free to play stick to the wow formula sadly instead of trying to innovate or mix it up with mechanics from UO.
Mobile suit gundam online is actually amazing though.. to bad the only way to play is making a jp account

Hm let's see.
Neverwinter is okay, but you seriously gotta p2p to be good.
Elsword is really grindy.
Eden Eternal has like, 4 people playing it.
TERA is cool.
Guild Wars 2 if you can spot the $60 or so. I think they have a f2p option now, tho. At least until a certain level.

If all else fails you can always play Team Fortress 2.
