Weaponry Help

  I can't afford endgame weaponry, so I was wondering:
  What's a good auxiliary weapon to guns? I was thinking a pair of swords, but I don't know what's better than 222-Broadswords. Surely there's a middle ground between them and Falcatas/Beam Swords?
  
  Edit: On that note, what's a decent title after Bear Slayer with a Single Blow?

  Assuming your secondary skill set is melee, go with a lion claw lance. I've seen them in shops for like 20k.

  I don't really like lances though. They don't go very well with my clothes and their range is so uncomfortable.

  Forget about going well with clothes. If you're saying because of looks, don't care about it.
  I use my clothing set with my lance all the time.
  
  And as for range, you'll get used to it. You're gonna end up spamming wm or smash anyways.
