Take either Toxic or Thunder Wave on Blissey and replace one with Softboiled.
I'd prefer Salamence with a Life orb and and replace Dragon Claw with Dragon Dance.
Not 100% sure the others since I barely played gen 5

Pretty much what Hatsune said.
You definitely don't need both thunder wave and toxic on Blissey. You can't apply both at the same time anyways, and toxic is always better on a tank. Since she's tanking, you'll want some recovery options like Wish or Softboiled. Also, get rid of Aromatherapy and put protect on that slot. She's already got natural cure, so removal of status isn't really that needed. Also, pouring EV into defense won't really help that much against physical attacks, so I'd just dedicate it to being a special defense wall. Thinking something more like:
Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def
Calm Nature
- Softboiled / Wish
- Seismic Toss
- Protect
- Toxic
Protect and a healing move helps Blissey stall while toxic whittles down the opponent. Seismic Toss is her way of dealing reliably decent damage and countering Substitute or Taunt. You don't really need toxic spikes, spikes, and stealth rocks all on the same team, and with toxic on blissey maybe you can just move stealth rocks back to replacing toxic spikes on Forretress.
I don't know how I feel about revenge killer Salamence. I prefer him to hold a life orb or lum berry and go dragon dance over dragon claw. I guess it can't be helped since your team is cripplingly slow for an OU team.
Replace Keldeo's Surf or Hydropump with Hidden Power Bug or Ghost. This will help make sure he's not going to get wrecked by a psyshock. And icy wind instead of calm mind to take down the pesky flying types.
Donphan needs to go since you already have a spinner. He's slow and you only have two speed sweepers, both of which aren't that fast to begin with. Also, both your physical sweepers share an ice weakness, which isn't safe. If you really want to run a ground sweeper, dugtrio might be better. Actually, forget what I'm saying about Donphan, cuz I don't really know about it.

How about I trade out Donphan for a Lucario for physical sweep?
EDIT: After trying some of the changes, the team performs much worse than it was originally doing. I think I'll keep some changes, like the Blissey ones, but the others were more detrimental.
