Right now, I have just about Rank 1 in almost every combat skill, and rank 1 of all fighter, music, puppetry, and gun.
From my current state, should I move onto Alchemy or Magic? I have 901 HP, 559 MP, 719 Stam, and 646 Int.
Also, does 10% less damage from guard cylinder mastery make a difference?

Can't really go wrong with either. Both are getting new skills soon so it's kind of a toss up between whichever feels right to you.

Alot of people will say Magic(Aka current Druid Firebolt), Alchemy may lack offensively, but it shines in it's utility.
It's up to you really, Magic will hold superior DPS(Firebolt/Blaze/Snapcast Fireball), I just find Alchemy to be a very unique and fun skillset due to all of it's gadgets.

Well, to really get the best of both classes, you might as well rank both.

Both skillsets are AP hogs, so that's not really the best idea.

How strong is post-druid compared to puppeteer?

*Spams The Other Alchemists like no tomorrow*
What about in terms of stats? Would more HP/MP/SP or Int benefit me more?

I'd rather rank range and life skills if I were you.

Nope, I always use Flameburst for groups.
I use WC for distance and tanky mobs.

Guard cylinder = 10% less of a normal cylinder
Stats = Well, of course the more stats you have the better, Int effects Gunner, mana shield and magic skills of course.
