Oh dear. I don't even know where to start.

People don't really realize how game warping Act 6 is. It's the best crowd control in the game by far, with essentially zero drawbacks
Zero drawbacks as in...It doesn't ever cockblock or give Iframes to enemies or anything like that. Unless we're assuming that it's being used perfectly every time by people with perfect co-ordination, in which I think we have bigger problems with Blaze then with Crisis.
Contrary to popular belief you actually need a certain degree of skill to use Crisis properly (and by certain degree of skill, I mean relative to skills in Mabinogi).
-It clumps enemies instead of spreads them out
That's kind of the whole point of the skill.
- it doesn't draw aggro
This is false. It draws aggro on the puppet and in certain circumstances with higher CP mobs, they can ignore this and aggro on you instead, especially after de-summoning the puppet. And it's not like puppets are exactly the tankiest things out there, unless you use the crisis
glitch, in which case we once again have bigger problems.
- it loads instantly and executes in a few seconds
So does pretty much everything else not called Raincasting after Genesis, and that's a far superior crowd control by far (pretty much breaks anything hard).
It makes difficult to execute strategies such as Hailstorm and IS + Blaze (though Hail is too hard to make efficient without Crisis which is why Hail shoild get a bigger splash range) too easy to execute, and makes Crash Shot and Bulletstorm even more efficient.
On content where you would need to use these strategies you could either do it anyway (IS + Blaze) or couldn't do it at all (Hailstorm). Hailstorm already suffers from multiple issues and it'd need a splash range the size of Antarctica to actually do anything useful otherwise. Crash shot doesn't need crisis to hit everything in a room/MA round, especially with a range reforge, and Bullet Storm is Bullet Storm.
The only thing that's difficult to use about these strategies is that you need to not play with third world country internet.
Crisis's synergy with powerful AOE strategies is too powerful for it to be balanced without nerfing it into the ground, and at that point, might as well delete it and refund the AP.
In your opinion. It makes lots of things actually viable and it might be good, but it's not overpowered. Like a lot of things nowdays. People need to understand that newer things will be implemented that are better then other things, that's just the way the game works.
Sure, you might not like it, but that's not really grounds for saying that it should be removed - If that was the case, I'd have lots of things such as Master of Shields out of the game faster then you could blink.
But there's two really confusing things about this topic (apart from why it exists in the first place): Firstly, I don't understand how everyone can complain about lack of opportunities for party play then hate on Crisis, which facilitates party play
when used well. In other words, it's rewarding party play. Sure, you can pull off some of these combos solo if you're strapped to the top of Nexon HQ, but you won't be able to do them optimally and with much more risk - which is the drawback of doing things solo.
Most of the time when I see crisis being used it's being used quite poorly, and I think everyone's a little guilty of that unless they're running with people that they have great teamwork with - as in, they cockblock everyone else in a way not dissimilar to Ice Spear.
I honestly see nothing wrong with Crisis. I see more reason to complain about Blaze and Firebolt, and there's nothing wrong with them.

Wasn't there a pet that can do the Crisis effect? How good was that pet?
Why no complains about that pet?
Oh, thank you.
I remember everyone being up in arms about this as the thing that would kill puppets, and I haven't seen it brought up in this top-
Quote from Perfectio;1168296:
I think that's blatantly untrue, they only seem overpowered because we kill things so fast.
AOE pets would make say, a G13 SWiz elite easier but not faceroll easy, but having Crisis around would.
I have nothing to say to this, AoE pets are much more overpowered then reforges (arguably) or any skillset.
I don't even this thread.
