Given the somewhat common nature of focused beam swords in the Eweca Orb Gachapon, you could strive to buy a set of those or purchase them from the Seal Merchant using adventure seals if you can find the time each day.
In terms of enchantments, special/extraordinary both give a reasonable amount of damage nor are they that excessively expensive either. Deserted is a good helm enchant and compliments dexterity well once you can get it. River raven admiral gloves are a nice piece of equipment too. Ambush can be something to strive for if you hunt bandits for leveling. And when in doubt for a cheap prefix/suffix, there's always fox hunter's and wild boar! Eventually, you'll want to aspire for oblivion but I wouldn't worry too much about that until like 2k total. (If someone tells you otherwise, they're probably a shmo)
Head: Deserted Dexterity
Body: Special Ambush
Gloves: River Raven
Boots: Strider Wild Boar
Accessories: Stout Earthquake or Fox Hunter's Wild Boar
Pretty much what this person said, but I'll add/edit more things.
For swords either use these two: battle swords or focused beams. Battle swords are for longer time investment while focused is for insta max, but falls off pretty quickly. Battle swords drop from some missions with spike enchant, so you could look into that, and have wolf/lion hunter's as the prefix. Otherwise, more expensive option would be Goddess Caliburn Battles, and I really don't recommend this if you don't have 2 mil+. For battles, you should always go red upgrade. One might ask "What about demonics?". Yes, they do have slight high damage overall, but the cost efficiency is terrible, not to mention those things don't come with nice enchants. But you should really branch into Knight Lance at some point, as they beat both battles and beams. Or just melee weapons in general. Knight lance has no point if you don't have secret penetrating and elemental reforge (doesn't have to be high, level2-3 is enough).
Try to slap on Corundum on head and the raven gloves, since those are easy to come by. Also, viscount for suffix for boots, since those are cheap nowadays. As for accessories, I'd go the same option, or get corundum sonnet. You should get the magic craft accessories if you plan to use them for long time, otherwise, burn the enchanted accs, then put them on another acc.
This is your ideal pre-2k set up:
Corundum dexterity headgear
Special Ambush body wear
Corundum/Sun Raven Gloves
Strider/Fleet Viscount
Acc: Stout EQ or Corundum sonnet
Now if you're past 2-4k and wanna advance your gear…:
Oblivion Dexterity headgear
Restored/Encore Ambush/Champion body wear
Expansive/Steel Needle Elegant/difficult gloves
Oblivion/Solo Viscount/Butterfly shoes
Oblivion sonnet accs. At this point, if you're rich enough, try to get oblivion accs.
