  I dont plan on summoning it in crowded or where people are Probably wont even use it since the INv is so small

  If you do get banned for ANYTHING, they will name change it after an account investigation.
  
  Friend of mine got banned for something they didn't even do.
  After investigation, they found TOS violations in names and decided to change them all.
