I don't see what's wrong with Alexstrasza. It has the advantage of being Alex for short, which is also short for Alexis and Alexandra. And anyone who actually knows or cares about its actual origin would likely approve and make dragon-related nicknames on the side. Nozdormu is a tougher sell, on the other hand...
