Well I used a graph function programmed with the formula and MATK as x. To test them, I'll just substitute the value as X and it should come out the same with both of them.

Ice Spear - 403.6 MATK

Meteor Master: (240 + ((403.6 + 50) * 1.4))) * (1.15) = 1006.296
Ice Master: (240 + (403.6 * 1.4)) * (1.25) = 1006.3

Hailstorm - 481.3 MATK

Meteor Master: (300 + ((481.3 + 50) * 3.2))) * (1.15) = 2300.184
Ice Master: (300 + (481.3 * 3.2)) * (1.25) = 2300.2

As far as I can tell, it is accurate.

I think you should look at meteor strike as an ultimate mage attack. One you use when really needed. Its not like meteor is the only skill mages have to fight with. So the cooldown is fine in my opinion. Sure it makes it a pain to train. But no pain no gain. xD

naw ur misinterpretting

meteor integrates into your playstyle and adds variety to it, you don't centralize around meteor

everyone is just focusing the 30 minute thing way too much

thats for one charge right? the magic formula looks like the charge multiplier doesnt apply to the damage from matk

Neither title alters the charge multiplier, so I didn't include it. So yes, that would be like one charge.
