Sometimes when I'm doing some activity, even moving my mouse, my computer makes this weird clicking kind of sound.
What's causing it and how do I stop it?

It's hard to say, but it could be your HDD. It's normal for HDDs to make soft clicking noise, but if it's louder than usual then it's likely indicating drive failure. Be sure you back up important stuff just in case.

So how do I fix this then?

Try to open the case and listen to it. Confirm that the loud clicking is coming from the HDD. If it is, I suggest you replace it.

How do I know its from the HDD?

Open the case and listen. You should be able to tell where the noise is coming from.

It... sounds like its coming from... the fan?

Did you mean noise coming from the actual hardware, or a clicking sound coming from the operating system?
Case fan or CPU?
If your case fan is making noise try to tighten the screws that hold it in place (usually 4, 1 in each corner), and clean dust off it so it balances properly. Also check if the center of the fan is unusually hot to touch, that would mean it's about to die.
If it keeps making noise then it isn't the end of the world but consider replacing it if the noise is too annoying or it isn't cooling the PC enough.

Its coming from the computer inside I think, one of the two fans. I dusted it and blew it off but it doesn't seem like anything's changed at all.
