I've bought some of those as gifts from ebay, not sure if they sell them anywhere else.
Maybe a pokemon center store (if those still even exist) or nintendo store but there aren't any around where I live.
Theyre not that hard to find online though

i dont know how to buy off deviant art especially after paypal blocked my bank account after being hacked before getting it verified
