*shrugs* i never had a problem with magic immune monsters but what the hay?
Anyways, thing is while fireball might be heavy artillery, meteor strike is a tactical nuke of sorts; you need to make good judgement on when and where to use it. You can unleash it from a very safe distance (doesn't draw aggro as long as you're far enough), has a fairly large AoE, and hits much harder than fireball on any given day. That on its own already makes it a very useful skill. Con is you have a usage restriction. Can't use it for everything.
Asking for the CD of meteor to be lowered is defeating the purpose of the skill. If the CD is lowered, it will come with a crippling nerf that will either render it useless and a waste of 520 aps, or make it a very expensive fireball, which honestly, i don't need. But hey, this is my opinion.
If I were to improve meteor strike, I'd make it ignore all defenses, make it fixed damage, make it so the burn effect becomes a sort of debuff on any mob (field bosses included), and make the mobs slow while they are inside the AoE of the flames, all while keeping the CD and ap cost.
