Making Spirit Weapon post G18

Anyone know where I should go after talking to Aodhan? Tarlach isn't there at Sidhe Sneachta, and talking to Berched doesn't trigger anything. Seems that you can do spirit transfer or making a new (not the first time) spirit weapon at Berched, as seen here, but I don't even have Spirit Weapon Keyword nor Ancient Spirit Fossil Keyword yet.

The "Ancient Spirit Magic" quest still point to the empty Sidhe Sneachta.

Any clue?

Tarlach should still be available at Sidhe if there are quests that require him. If not then....I don't know. I've not seen anything about going to someone else for the quest for making a spirit weapon for the first time.

I don't know why he's not there before (I waited for him until morning and he didn't appear), but when I tried it again after checking berched and little-Tarlach, he's there...
