So...literally on a notepad I planned out what I will be ranking up for probably the next year. Here's what I got:
R3 Crash Shot - 150 AP Left
RB Crossbow Mastery - 10 AP
-Master Archer-
R1 Blunt Mastery - 157 AP (For ambush enchant)
R1 Axe Mastery - 157 AP (For ambush enchant)
R2 Final Hit - 369 AP Left
-Master Warrior-
R1 Lullaby - 152 AP (For encore enchant)
R1 Magic Weapon Mastery - 152 AP
R1 Lightning Mastery - 156 AP
R1 Spell Walk - 155 AP
R1 Magic Mastery - 55 AP Left
R1 Thunder - 407 AP Left
R6 First Aid - 67 AP Left
Total AP Required: 1987 (WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!)
Rank up after all that:
R1 Lance Charge - 130 AP
R1 Crash Shot - 150 AP
R1 Final Hit - 60 AP
R1 Carpentry - 80 AP
R1 Commerce Mastery (maybe if I have not perfect reset the skill) - 70 AP Left
Total AP Required: 490
GRAND TOTAL AP REQUIRED TO MAX ALL THESE SKILLS: 2477 (....mother fu-)
However, 264 AP can be gained back if we perfect reset Commerce Mastery and never max it ever.
Total AP required without Commerce Mastery & perfect skill resetting it: 2143
So resetting Commerce Mastery is something to consider if you ever get the chance...
Skills to rank up after this:
Magic Skills
Life Skills
I don't know what to do afterwards
Any suggestions to improve this would be appreciated. Thank you.

Finishing magic from the skills you have is like 3k ap by itself, I think you'll be [S]fucked[/S] fine for ap spending then. You're skills you plan to rank seem like you're archer warrior, why not Puppeteer? I'm also kind of confused why you said only r2 final hit, thats a good 10 strength there I would not pass up.

Axe mastery is useless for humans, and the min damage isn't worth it for the AP cost.

Yeah...magic does not seem fun to rank up, but I'll be doing it one day so a start on it wouldn't hurt I guess. I just don't want to work on puppets :P. Otherwise, I might have done puppeteer instead of archery. As for final hit, I was considering getting it to r1, but 60 ap could be allocated in other skills. Plus, I'm investing an extra 9 ap in blunt to get 19+ str from it. It should be enough str for now.

That's true...it's just 5 min damage more. However, that would mean I cannot reach master warrior. Raising final hit to r1 and ranking up counter attack and/or defense would cost even more ap.

imo, your spreading yourself too much...
if you dont mind all this branching out with melee, range and magic them hav fun and rank it however you want.
personally, if your gonna be a melee/range you should focused upon capping str and/or dex before straying into magic [and then cap will/luck maybe?]
if your gonna focused on magic you should just focused on capping int and mp instead.
both route require a *** ton of ap. if your gonna aim at doing both together at the same time, you'll just end up 'subpar' in each 'class' for a long long time. not to mention that you'll need multiple sets for each class too ...

Mmm...I guess. I kind of got excited thinking about being a mage after getting lightning. So, should I be capping all my Warrior + Archer skills along with life skills? Actually, for warrior, maybe everything but axe mastery last...

Imo, doing counter or defense for master warrior is worth it since counter give a good amount of dex and access to viscount es and passive defense from the defense skill is kinda useful now. Also getting crash shot to rank 1 is very important if you are every going to use range because it adds a 6th frag.
Might want to consider: Shock for title, Overture cuz it OP, Armor and Shield Masteries cuz low ap cost,

True, counter does give a good boost in dex, but it wouldn't really help me with viscount since I'm using a thames set. Viscount apparently can only be put on greaves. Also, I think I might focus on more str since my base (284) is less than my dex's base (332). Defense, I was considering it but I figured if I could kill monsters faster with a better boost in str, I wouldn't have to worry about def too much.
Since I decided with a new build I won't go back to archery for a very long time, I might get crash shot to R1 before anything haha.
Shock I considered it but....eh....too lazy to get the pages. Maybe when I finish getting more str and dex. Overture will probably come after shock even though it is op lol. As for the masteries, not really going to be using a shield and don't see myself transferring my encore to a gamyu anytime soon. However, I did max heavy armor mastery.

Going along with what Chaos said, I wouldn't rank magic at all if I were you.
Only thing I'd rank in magic is maybe the bolt skills, but definitely magic mastery and mana shield.
Axe mastery is only useful if you plan to use fighter at some point (or if you're a giant and use 2h axe, in which case you're not). I have it at rank 1 because I know I will be getting into fighter within 1.5k level at max.
From your skills list, just cross off everything except for range, melee, and life skills.

Yeah, I've decided I really do need more strength. Was going to get master archer then take a break from everything and start working on my main class again. I want to be able to do BFT2 runs in 5 minutes with a cheap weapon xP.
If I ever get around to finishing Warrior where almost all my close combat skills are R1, would it be worth the 157 ap for axe just for 5+ more min att on Ambush?

Can't really say… I had r1 axe forever, even before I had ambush on my clothes, but that was before destinies, where using a shield and an axe was arguably more plausible than it is now. For now, I wouldn't say it's worth it. I don't think you even need axe mastery for master warrior.
If you wanna do BFT2 in 5 minutes with cheap weapons, puppet is the answer. I can manage to solo it just under 5 minutes with my crappy bars.
