Alright, so the wiki says the effect is "No MP usage penalty while using Spellwalk."
Not sure if it's a typo for SP or it means that you use no MP for casting spells while using Spellwalk.

Isn't spell walk make you using double MP?
The wiki also said "Gradually depletes the user's Stamina and doubles the Mana cost of magic while active."

So it does, I must have overlooked that. Well that's a bit disappointing, and here I thought the master title would make spell walk actually usable aside from just pre-charging a spell then using it to inch yourself into casting range.

Most of the time, the limiting factor in Spellwalk duration is the stamina drain. At rank 1, it is basically useful for pre-charging a spell and then using it to inch yourself into casting range like you said.

Stamina pots eliminate the stamina drain problem, and with pot mastery there is little chance of falling into pot poisoning too quickly.
I would use the spellwalk title to allow me to charge on the go, its amazing being able to move while charging and loosing the double mp penalty allows you to increase mobility at little to no penalty.
As you said, a good deal of stamina is needed for that though.

except stamina is no problem. Mage don't even use stamina for the most part. It a trade-off in exchange for mobility.
No longer people laugh at us and say "hohoho by the time you finish charging, we already kill everything". Well guess what fucker, with spell-walk, you have already fully casted a spell by the time you run into the next room!

The biggest issue with this is the inability to instantly use charged skills after dropping off a mount, barring Snap Cast.
Still, once you're actually in the room it's very nice. While transformed I shrug off the stamina loss like a champ.
