I was wondering, if I rebirth on a wednesday, I cannot do a paid rebirth on the immediate Saturday right? even after I age? It has to be 7 days?

Think of re-birthing times it as a cool down. You have to wait 6 days and some hours before you can rebirth again.
If you want to take advantage of free/paid, rebirths. Rebirth to age 17 just before Saturday's age up.
At that point you'll be 18 only have to wait 2 weeks for the next rebirth.
