Good Enchants for Guns?

Dowra:

Easy to get: Untamed Violent/Automatic

If your really serious: Officer's Highpowered/Automatic

Forgot to add: For both dowra and taunes Crocodile is a better suffix then violent if you have windblast ranked and basically the same difficult to obtain.

I know automatic is the most logical suffix after Crocodile for Dowra (since it's meant for speed), but why bother with High-Powered enchant for Taunes? Crocodile gives you arguably better stats. EDIT: Nevermind, I see what you meant.
For prefix, there would be an enchant called Conqueror (20~25 flat max and 40 str, which adds up to 32 max), but since this is next to non-existent, I'd just get Officer's (10~28 max). If Officer's isn't your thing, untamed is your next best bet. Personally, if I somehow managed to get Conqueror, I'd put it on guns, but don't actually try to get it, it's a lord mission enchant, and a rarer one too.

Depends on where you repair.
If you like to repair at 92%? I see why not.
If you like to repair at 98%? Then nope.

Personally I find guns more plausible fore 92% repair since they can have uber durability.
Would the time spent on finding the enchant be worth it? Probably not. Like I said, if I somehow come by it, I'd find a way to use it, but not specifically look for it.

meh, if im going to throw an enchant like that on something it will be on an end game item that i will keep for a long time. Repairing at 92% forces me to make it a short term item or to use repair protects....

Gunslinger is a talent meant to shred easier content. The repair costs involved with an Officer's Dowra SE do not justify the usefulness of the weapon. Repairing anything of value at 92% is definitely a bad idea, especially if that thing of value is a 1 Rank R6 Dowra SE.

You have a little bit more flexibility with the Taunes MK3 as you should hypothetically burn through durability at a much slower rate (as you should pretty much only use normal attacks during WOTG). Officer's Crocodile is a lot more realistic, provided you can afford the costs involved with producing such a weapon in the first place.

Dowra (Engineer's/Untamed Automatic/Crocodile)
Taunes (Officer's Crocodile)

Magazine/Range upgrades on the Dowra SE; Damage upgrades on the Taunes MK3.
