these seem so fake alot of them just look at luigi do a 180 and jump off or ignore him completely

Looks like somebody didn't pay attention to the video well enough. No imput was done on Luigi's controller during the course of the minigames. Yes, it's sometimes only possible because the AI ignores him, or the NPCs are being absolutely pathetic, and sometimes even helping him stay off of the edge. But that's not the point. This is the type of thing to take at face value. If you're going to be nitty gritty about something like this, then don't even bother saying anything about it, because it'll just ruin it for the people who do understand the humour.

what im saying is the other NPC's dont seem to act liek NPC's but players tryign to mimick a NPC but then at last moment go lol nope make luigi win

That's the thing. You could technically say that to almost all of these videos of "X Person doing nothing yet still winning" and you could say all of them are fake. Who knows if that's the truth or not? Unless it's proven or stated otherwise, it's just going to be a never-ending distaste with your opinion against the video so might as well enjoy it for what it is.
