  Going with 17th, just seems to fit better since they will probably be releasing some form of event along with it. Not to mention I used my stocked ap to try and finish capping dex, so I need another week </3.... It's really too bad you can't read drafts anymore T.T

  They don't always end events before starting new ones though; We've had simultaneous overlapping events before and major changes occur a week or two before an ongoing event is scheduled to end, so it's really just impossible to do more than guess. It could also be neither.

  It was fun while it lasted, but not an unexpected loss. Osay could probably get big update info a week or two early by making nice with Nexon like Southperry did to get advance notice of the RED update, but that's his prerogative.

  Ya its only speculation on my part, and really logic or wat i would assume logic, however we all know nexon rarely uses logic in their thought process....
  
  I kind doubt osay would do that at this point, while it would be nice its just not something i see him doing.
