  this is an event i would love to see again, it was easy, had life pots and reforges and can be done on all your characters, that was a worth it event.

  If they are afk events people still abuse them, just not as blatant as non afk events. People will multi client on alts and stock on the things needed to do the event, the only real event ive seen that hasnt been that abusable was something like the chest event we had a few months back that dropped reforges and 2x life skill pots during the 2x life skill training month. And honestly nexon just needs to balance both good rewards and fun events. These afk events are just nexon being extremely lazy and recycling old events just to keep everyone from whining due to lack of anything to do >.>

  Maybe make Ice Crown little more common as the reward drop, they were ridiculously rare even when the event ended.

  I was a really low level during the CTF and Dragon Boat Racing event and I still enjoyed it. It was a good 30 minutes of sitting there talking to people during the dragon boat racing, good times. As for CTF, my ass got lit up by AR and I still remember spamming the crap out of it for chitz n gigglez.
  
  AFK events are so boring now...e.e Nexon needs to find a balance between good prizes (Such as free reforges) and a fun event.

  I have to say though.. this really isn't much of an afk event in my opinion. Sure, you can afk for coins.. but when I think about going through a day of leaving the game on for 24 hours being equal to 24 coins.. and then maybe two hours of active gameplay equaling to about 70 coins... I don't get such a mindset to afk rather than play the game.
  I mean, is that just me? It takes more than a day's worth of coins to complete a board and you can get one per day, so.. it's not really much of an afk event if you want to get the most out of it.
  The only example I can really come up with is if someone just wants the AP and nothing more- then it's an afk event. xD

  Nah... for events like this... everyone should have a fair chance of getting what they want, so if they did not end up getting what they wanted by end of event... they can at least buy off the items from another player.

  While I can see your point, (and trust me I have horrible event and gacha luck so I would looooove to get good stuff from the events) do remember a lot of non-paying players thrive off of these events and are able to earn gold when they have trouble obtaining gold via other methods. While it pains me to admit it, it should stay the same and at least give players without an easy gold making method a chance with RNG to get some gold so they can progress a bit faster. Not to mention, if everything is so common, there wont be any real satisfaction in knowing you got lucky or you got something that was rare (which ends up driving the economy even more).
