Holy butts Ambassadors, let’s talk about Launch.



Over the course of launch, a whopping thirty eight thousand questions were asked of Ambassadors in chat. So many questions were asked in forums that we literally lost count. Guess that’s what happens when you sell a million consoles in a week. But no worries, you guys gals and gumptious gamers were more than ready to meet the challenge. Over that week, almost seventeen thousand questions were answered by eighteen hundred unique Ambassadors. More than half of them were said to have been exactly the question a customer needed, and likewise more than half were rated what we call “top box,” meaning your fellow gamers were way happy with the help you provided. While some were waiting up to two hours to talk to official agents, Ambassadors were getting to questions in mere minutes. I want you to let the amazingness of that soak in a minute.
