Hermit staff gets its damage reduced if I remember right, just go with savage.

I know that's how the wiki puts it, but describing it that way is dumb since there's no weapon that keeps blaze at a flat 100%.
It makes more sense to say either [anti-Blaze wands do 42% of the damage] or [pro-Blaze wands do 240% of the damage]. Not some weird 50% vs 120% gibberish.
