So I am pretty much a newbie when it comes down to certain things.
So I call upon the wisdom of you knowledgeable Milletians.
My first question is: Is First Aid not rankable beyond rank 6? I got to rank 6 and the requirement merely says: Learn methods through other people or books. And the Wiki says unavailable. My guess it that 6 is the highest you can go for it at the moment, but I just want to make sure.
My second question is: What kind of amor would be best for an elf to go for? I know that I can always make any armor better and suit my talent by upgrades and reforges..
But what armor has the best dura, the most upgrades you can give it, and all that stuff? I prefer light armor though.
I know of some good armors but they are not available for elves so hence I want to see what's a good choice for an elf.

Yup, first aid is capped at r6.
Also I made a similar thread about the best gear for an elf, check it.

Let's see...
Your end game bohemian set would look something like
Head: Oblivion Dexterity/Target (Target if you're ONLY gonna range)
Clothes: Encore Ambush
Shoes: Solo/Burlesque Butterfly/Symbolic/Release (The last two are from lord)
Gloves: Solo/Burlesque Difficult/Sahagin
Accs: Oblivion swarming/lilly

1) First Aid is capped at 6.
2) Heavy armor - Royal Knight Armor; Light Armor - Royal Diamond Leather Armor
Both are rather expensive since they are the best armors in the game. Lugh Armor is the only other heavy armor as far as I know that elves can use. High Class Leather Armor is a cheap alternative to Royal Diamond, especially if you get a r1 tailor to make it. All light armors get the same upgrades and all heavy armors get the same upgrades. Your decision should be based on the base stats (or how it looks :P). You can find upgrade list here:

Royal Knight Armor
Unless you intend to rank Heavy Armor Mastery to E, bad idea. Your dex gets penalized by 50% and it won't go down at all, and if you do archery it takes a pretty big toll on your damage.

Elves really shouldn't use hearvy armor at all, even if you don't rank the mastery beyond E.
Why? You're an elf, you're gonna range most of the time, and if you're not ranging, you're most likely going to puppet or fighter, and heavy armor is bad for all mentioned.
Only time I could see heavy armor being viable is if you are using magic and gunner and only those two skillsets. If you're using other skillsets, you're better off ditching heavy armor, and this applies to humans as well (unless you're only melee).
Just go get yourself a bohemian set, others aren't worth it. If you're looking for light armor, the most cost efficient would be Boiling Pitch Black Lorica. What you'd do is get a boiling burn, get bunch of shop lorica's, then upgrade the lorica and put pitch black afterwards. The better option would be the Chinese dragon armor set, which gives you att. speed (it's not worth it compared to magnum bonus), or if you're gonna go hard, you could get the Languhiris chaser set, which gives you shit ton of defensive stats and att. speed (again, not worth imo). And with the resources you use to get the Languhiris chaser set, you could be making yourself a Bhafel hunter and huntress instead.
TL;DR Armors in general aren't worth it for elves, just go get a bohemian set.

There's only 3 types of heavy armor Elves can wear anyways. Two which aren't worth it at all, and Lugh's armor the only armor you're able to get ping on.

You forgot Royal Knight Armor. Heavy armors aren't worth in general.

Right.
I agree. I personally use Chinese Dragon, like you've mentioned, and most enchants an elf would use can all go on clothes.
