  Don't look at the retarded-looking women protesters in the article's photo. This doesn't make abortion illegal; it simply means the woman has to pay for it herself if she wants it, instead of forcing other people to pay for her. The clause that prevents her from buying this insurance after getting pregnant also makes perfect sense, much like how you can't buy flooding insurance for your house after it got flooded.

  Well, you have to think about where the money comes from. Abortions are not free. If standard insurance covers it, that means everyone pays more for it, including those who would never use it. Therefore, insurance would be cheaper in the first place, compared to states where everyone has to pay for it.

  Yeah, at first glance it sounds like something very politically incorrect, which is why everyone, including populist retards, can jump at it right away. I don't really like the sound of it either, but it was most likely done to prevent abuse of the system. Legitimate rape victims could probably demand that the perpetrator pays for it, although one must admit that not all rape crimes are prosecuted. But even in the worst case scenario, I would assume that given the low chance a woman has to get raped and get pregnant in her lifetime, the average woman would save money if she pays for the abortion out of pocket, compared to the lifetime cost of the inclusion of the abortion coverage.

  I get it if they would investigate if the result of becoming pregnant was not a dumb mistake of unsafe sex the female particapted in out of free will, instead of rape. And that if the woman herself is responsible she should pay up, as well as the male who was responsible, though all that investigating and making sure who daddy is so they can bill him half of the costs, will cost even more.
  
  But if it is rape for sure, then what the actual bleep? I do find the insurance thing a load of crap. They should try to catch the rapist and make that mofo pay for it. What the Hell.
  
  They should also in this case make people that are sentenced to go to jail, have a crime insurance then. If they commit a crime and are sentence to jail, they gotta have insurance for it, else they just get shot through the brain, sorry, you had no insurance. *Facepalm*

  Obamacare includes abortion coverage. And I know at least one franchise has gotten themselves in legal hot water because of that- they refuse to implement what it mandates because of that coverage claiming that it goes against the beliefs of the upper management.
  
  So pay for it or not you already have to have that coverage- the federal government says so and there are fines for those that refuse to comply be they individual or business.
  
  If anything this is just sticking it to the people who do feel a need to pay for their own insurance instead of just going with what the government is providing for low-income folks. It also kind of sticks it to the pro-choice people in that if they want to protect their right to choose they have to make sure whatever insurance they have includes it.
