The person who makes the scrolls needs to have an MK rank 1-2 higher than your singing rank.

Nah seriously though, I'm glad we're getting the japanese version, it sounds 10000x better. Although my in game music will be turned off as it has been since open beta so whatever.

Luckily, singing isn't hard to train. There's no attacking the enemy or such so the basic success requirement points were boosted.
